Licensee confirmed that Staff #2 was placed on administrative leave on 3/26/2025. Licensee will conduct care and supervision and personal right training with technical support on 04/25/2025 and will provide Licensing a copy of the sign-in of attendees by 4/28/2025. Based on interviews, it was determined that Staff #2 spoke inappropriately to children and held Child #1 while instructing Child #2 and Child #3 to hit Child #1 back. Director Snowden stated she will conduct a staff meeting on 1/6/2025 regarding active supervision and will provide a sign-in sheet of attendees to Fresno Regional Office by 1/10/2025.
