Deficient Practice Statement Based on LPAs observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that when LPA was conducting the facility inspection, Licensee opened the door to the Baby Bee Room to show LPA the sleeping infant, as door was fully closed and Licensee's infant was also sleeping in the Licensee's Master Bedroom with the door closed, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
