Per Licensee, she agrees to review the training video: Children’s Personal Rights in Child Care through Community Care Licensing website at www.ccld.ca.gov. Licensee agrees to submit written proof to the Department by 07/24/2024, indicating as to how she will ensure that daycare children’s personal rights will not being violated. During the investigation, it was concluded that Licensee did not ensure personal belongings were returned to child’s authorized representative which causing the child distress, and not receiving a safe, healthful, and comfortable accommodations, furnishings, and equipment. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety and/or personal rights of children in care.
