The facility will immediately close off the two faucets located in the two classrooms (Magnolia and Lotus) and use alternative drinking water Facility will provide proof of corrections of parts installed and new lead testing sample via email to LPA by 12/19/2022 Based on observation, interview, and record review, the facility did not comply with the section cited above as there were high levels of lead found in two classrooms, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
