    The licensee discovered that the wall tested postive for mold. The facility sealed off the area until repairs could be made. The mold and water damage was remediated and the wall was replaced. Deficiency has been cleared as of today 8/28/2024. Based on interview and record review, there was mold present in the wall of the Toddler A classroom which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

    A written plan of action will be sent to Licensing detailing steps that will be taken to ensure the building is free of insects.
