Director is to draft a plan on how facility will ensure they remain within ratio. Provide training and assign permanent teachers to the infant center. Plan will be submitted to LPA no later than 12/30/2025, via email.

This poses a immediate risk to the health and safety of the children in care LPA recommendations and requirements are the following: 1. Conduct individual staff training and create roster of attendance. Roster to be emailed to LPA once training has concluded. 2.
