    Site Director shall submit a written plan to LPA via email by 10/3/25, for not exceeding the capacity limitations. The plan will include staff's children over the age of 1st grade entry. Site Director to email LPA at Randy.Miranda@dss.ca.gov Based on observations and interviews, it was determined by LPA, children over the age of 7-8 years old were present in various areas of the facility. This poses a potential safety risk to the child and children in care. Failure to correct will result in a $100 per day civil penalty until corrected. Repeat violations are $250 per violation.

On February 20, 2023 the facility held their biannual training where transitioning, face to name recognition and counting was covered. Site director led the training, joined by the district leader. Role playing was included and a full review was made of the new CSR (Child Supervision Report) form. Supervision shall include visual observation.
