Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interviews with teachers in the classrooms, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in portable sinks not operating, there was no water flowing from the faucet, for the staff to wash hands and/or clean/ sanitize which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
