Based on interviews, a staff turned to attend another child, which resulted in C1 biting C2, which poses an potential health and safety risk to children in care Failure to correct will result in a $100 per day civil penalty until corrected. The preschool will require that a second staff person be stationed by the exit gates at pick up time to ensure no unattended children may leave the campus.
