Vice principal stated she will conduct training with staff on personal rights and submit proof to LPA by 12/20/24. Enrollment coordinator also contacted parent #2 to fill out emergency form to add authorized persons to pick up child #1.

  101229.1(a)(b) · (a) In addition to the sign-in procedure requirement of Section 101226.1(b), the licensee shall develop, maintain, and implement a written procedure to sign the child in/out of the child care center that shall, at a minimum, include the following:(b) The person who brings the child to, and removes the child from, the center shall sign the child in/out. Vice principal stated she will do training for the sign in and sign out procedures and send LPA proof by 12/20/24. An email was also sent to all staff to ensure that parents are signing in and out and in the correct child's name.
