evidence by Director stated the children in room 4 can pick whatever areas they want to play at when combined in room 2. Director stated she held a meeting with all the staff. Action Plan and staff sign- in sheets will be sent to LPA by POC date. Based on interviews and observations conducted by LPA, it was determined that staff limited the children to table top activities and the small carpeted science area for the extended periods of time when combined in room 2. This is a potential Health and Safety risk to the children in care.
