  102417(g) · 102417 Operation of a Family Child Care Home (g) The home shall be free from defects or conditions which might endanger a child. Safety precautions shall include but not be limited to Licensee stated she would fix the gate during the intial complaint opening visit, and emailed proof to LPA. LPA also verified gate was fixed with replacement at the time of the closing complaint visit. POC cleared at time of closing complaint visit. (3) Where children less than five years old are in care, stairs shall be fenced or barricaded.
