Director took immediate action by placing S1 on administrative leave to conduct an internal investigation, contacting families, authorities, and licensing. S1 was terminated 03/10/2023. All staff received additional training including mandated reporter. LPA interviews with Director and four staff members corroborated S1 being verbally and physically aggressive toward the children in care.
