Deficient Practice Statement During the tour of the home, LPA observed "baby powder", on the lower shelf of a diaper changing table. Additionally, near the changing mat there was "A+D ointment cream" which states to contact poison control if a child consumes it. LPA also observed multiple diaper rash creams in an area accessible to day care children. This was all in the "Family Room #2". Lastly, there was a blender in between the "Kitchen" and "Breakfast Nook", which was in a cart low enough and accessible to daycare children.
