Facility staff understands the importance of this regulation and the importance of providing adequate care and supervision of children in care at all times. Facility agrees to submit a detailed plan on how supervision will be maintained during transition periods to prevent further incidents to CCL by 12/07/23. Based on observation and records reviewed, facility staff failed to provide proper care and supervision for a child that was unaccounted for while transitioning from outdoor time to the classroom.
