Deficient Practice Statement During the tour of the infant classroom, LPA observed an infant sleeping with a pacifier in their mouth in a rocker with the "vibration" on. The child was strapped in by the belt the rocker comes with. Staff stated the infant had just fallen asleep, but LPA was in there for at least 3-5 minutes where the infant was sleeping in the rocker before they were picked up and placed in a crib.
