101538.3(b) · Indoor Activity Space for School Age Children: In combination programs, indoor activity space provided for school-age child care center children shall be physically separated from space provided for infant care and child care center children. Licensee agrees to meet with staff and discuss better practices to assure children are in their assigned classrooms only. Licensee is to submit a copy of the agenda, with topic discussed, along with a sign in sheet of staff present, to the Riverside Child Care Regional Office by 5/4/2022. This requirement was not being met as evidenced by the observation made of Preschool children being inside classroom #102, which is assigned to the School Age program.
