Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirement was not being met as Licensee agrees to meet with staff and discuss better practices to assure children are supervised at all times. Licensee is to submit a copy of the agenda, regarding the topics discussed, along with a sign in sheet of staff present, to the Riverside Child Care Regional Office by 5/4/2022. evidenced by the observation made of a child walking, on their own, from one classroom to another and a child using a restroom, without staff supervision.
