This was not met as evidenced by Facility Admin understands the importance of providing care and supervision for children in care at all time. Facility Admin will conduct a training session with staff regarding the importance of active supervision and accountability of children. On 04/08/2025 children from room 6 were transitioning to the cafiteria from the playground area. A child was left behind unattened on the playground for a period of 5-10 minutes before they were discoved by school staff. This is an immediate health, safety and personal rights risk. Documentation of training, staff signatures of training completed will need to be submitted to LPA on or before the date of correction, 04/15/2025.
