Attachments to cribs are prohibited per title 22 regulations. The warning label states in large letters: "SUFFOCATION HAZARD INFANTS HAVE SUFFOCATED".. LPA also observed a swing with a warning label stating it was unsafe for infants, due to being a strangulation hazard. This item was not being used at the time.
