Director (D) stated staff will have a refresher training on supervision and D will email documentation to LPA by end of business day 07/30/25. D stated staff will continue to scan the area before every transition and staff bringing children to another classroom is responsible for updating the name to face clipboard.

Licensee stated that Staff #1 grabbed a child by their hands Licensee stated Staff #1 has been terminated and LPA did not observe them on the premises. Co-Director stated that she will conduct a staff training by having staff watch the Personal Rights video on CCLD.ca.gov and use a written article. Facility will submit training materials and staff signatures to LPA by POC due date. and held them in the child’s lap, thereby restraining the child. 101216.1(b)(1) · (b) Prior to employment, a teacher shall meet the requirements of (b)(1) or (b)(2) below (1) A teacher shall have completed, with passing grades, at least six postsecondary semester or equivalent quarter units of the education requirement specified in (c)(1)...The units specified in (c)(1) above shall include... chld, family, and community... Owner rearranged teachers so that Staff #1 was not being utilized as a qualified teacher. Owner stated she will come up with a checklist to ensure each staff have all required units listed on their transcript. Owner shall submit a staff schedule to LPA verifying there is one qualified staff per classroom. Checklist and schedule are due by POC due date.
