Licensee Rios stated that she will discontinue the use of the converted garage (daycare room) until appropriate city permits are obtained and a final inspection is conducted by CCLD Fresno.

Licensee agreed to operate her day-care within the main area of her home until she is granted a city permit. Licensee will submit the facility sketch along with a short declaration stating that she will not use the converted garage for day-care purposes by POC deadline, 10/03/2025.
