101171(a) · Fire Clearance (a)All child care centers shall secure and maintain a fire clearance approved by the city or county fire department, the district providing fire protection services, or the State Fire Marshal. This was not met as evidence by. . . Center director reported she will ensure no more than 7 infants will be present at one time. Center director reported her current plan is when the center is fully staff, C8 is not at the center. When the center is not full staffed C8 is with another provider. Based on sign in/out archives, and photo evidence between 01/15/24-02/16/24, there were 8 infants present on two or more dates. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care. Center director will email, mail or fax, LIC 9224, and proof of posting requirements to LPA Hernandez Torres on or before 05/06/2024.
