Deficient Practice Statement Based on record review and interview, Eight children were present, all were under 6 years old, one child was enrolled and attending T-K. Licensee reported she usually has an assistant present, how-ever assistant was on vacation currently and she believed she could have eight children present if they were under five years old. LPA printed out regulation and reviewed it with licensee. LPA also gave licensee a ratio hand out illustrating the regulation. the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
