  Based on interviews and evidence received staff were using a highchair as form of discipline when children were not staying still or listening while on the red chair. Staff were also recording children while on time out who were having a ‘fit’. This poses a health or safety risk to children in care Assistant Center director, agreed to conduct a staff training, where all center staff watch a training video on how to support children with behavioral incidents at the center to understand the child’s personal rights. Assistant center agreed to send LPA via email, mail or fax a meeting’s minutes which shows what was discussed and who attended on or before, 03/07/2025
