Director stated the CCC will submit evidence of the staff meeting referenced in the report, to have occurred and also provide a sign in/out staff attendance sheet to CCL by POC date. The Licensee did not comply with the regulation cited above, where based on interview conducted, report received and LPA observations, a child was left unattended on the playground for a period of approximately four minutes on 04/28/2026, which poses/posed a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
