    Director will change S3 to the fours room where S3 is more comfortable being. They have also implemented S3 shadowing seasoned teachers and has given S3 lesser children to care for. Based on confidential interviews,S3 does not provide appropriate supervision to children in care. S3 will leave children unattened in the restroom, and speak to children inappropriately.
