The CCC has terminated S1 and S2 as of 8/12/25. In addition, Licensee agrees to conduct updated personal rights training for all staff members at the upcoming scheduled August 2025 staff meeting and submit a copy of the training materials, staff meeting agenda and staff sign in/out to CCLD by 09/12/2025. Based on evidence gathered, video footage reviewed, and interviews conducted, it was revealed that 2 staff members at the CCC, did violate a child’s personal rights when physically mishandling a child during nap time, on 07/31/2025.... Additionally, Licensee states they will keep CCL informed on the status of S1's progress, and submit S1's clearance to the Department when received.
