  Director will make drinking fountain faucet labeled KK inaccesible. Director stated facuet will be fixed by 07/05/24. Director will also submit documentation of the retest completed on or before POC due date. LPA Hernandez received water testing results taken on May 30, 2024 with an Action Level Exceedance of 5.9 which is higher than the allowable limit. The drinking fountain labeled (KK) was located in the outside playground for infants acessiblet to children and staff.
