Director will submit to LPA via email that they have informed staff they are not allowed to use the double sink faucets for drinking water. Director will also email LPA that they will only use the double sink faucet for hand washing. LPA Hernandez received water testing results taken on May 30, 2024 with an Action Level Exceedance of 5.9 which is higher than the allowable limit. The faucet labeled (Q and R) were located in classroom labeled as Clubhouse. This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to the children in care.
