Based on interview with the Licensee, she has not been conducting evacuation drills since her last logged drill in 2021. This is a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.

Licensee states that she will make sure the parent completes all the paperwork for Child #2 by 9/12/2023 and will send copies to Licensing as verification of correction. Based on file review and interview with Licensee, Child #2 did not have an emergency information form or a consent for emergency medical care on file.
