On 1/31/2022 Assistant 1 made Child 1 stay in their play pen during nap time even though Child 1 demonstrated they did not want to be in the play pen by repeatedly climbing out.This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care In addition, the Licensee and her Assistants will view the video on children’s personal rights on the childcare licensing website by 10/31/22. Licensee will submit a statement indicating the video has been viewed by herself.
