  101229(a) · Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision 101229(a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs.

  The facility will continue to work with County Office of Education to help with resources. Site Director (SD) will talk to staff about supervision and how to support one another. Staff will partner with parents to develop better relationships. Staff will watch Interviews and observations confirmed children are not adequately supervised by staff resulting in children’s disruptive behaviors creating a health and safety risk to other children. Department videos on Personal Rights, Supervision and Preventing Exclusion and Expulsion from Day care. SD will work with upper management for more resources. SD will notify LPA when staff meeting took place. Staff will write a statement (signed and dated) saying they watched the videos, understand importance of supervision and adhere to Licensing regulations.
