This requirement was not as evidenced by LPA confirmed that the facility has shut off water to the outlet and observed caution tape around it to prohibit it being used. Director advised that if there is still an exceedance after retesting, they will replace the outlet and provide LPA with proof. Lead test results received by Licensing on 2/7/2023, tested on 1/14/2023, showed an outlet in the facility had lead levels exceeding 5 parts per billion (ppb).
