101229(a)(1) · (a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. Site Supervisor stated via telephone that she met with staff to go over protocol for headcount and face to name recognition. Staff will be given addtional training during the next staff meeting on April 22, 2022. Site Supervisor will provide training material and staff roster to LPA by POC date- 4/22/22

Community Care Licensing was notified by staff that C1 was left unattended outside on the fenced blacktop/grass play area after the childcare children were escorted into the facility. This evidence was not met as evidenced by; The director stated that she will not have any staff handle a child inappropriately. During the investigation, the staff had admitted to at least on one occassion flipped a child upside down.
