The front door was repaired before the date of findings. On 04/20/2023, LPA observed a new door sign, an operational pad for door codes and a repaired front door. Additionally, D1 installed new door locks and knobs for the classrooms to ensure safety. A broken front door that LPA observed on 04/17/2023. D1 hired 2 staff members for floating in the afternoons based on ratio. D1 will email LPA a staff schedule and staff unit log by closing on 06/08/2023.
