During inspection a staff member went into the restroom with the children. Per Licensee, They will conduct a meeting with staff regarding supervision. A written plan on how to mantain compliance, meeting minutes and sign in sheet will be submitted to LPA by POC due date of 3/13/2026 Based on observation the licensee did not complly with the section cited aboved in that LPA observed 2 children without supervision in the restroom which poses an immediate risk for health and safety for children in care.
