Per Director they will have a staff meeting to addressing the lack of supervison and will submit a written plan on how direct supervision will take place at all times. Plan will be submitted to LPA by 3/1/24 Based on observation, LPA observed 8 unsupervised infants in high chairs and 1 infant unsupervised in the nap room with both nap room doors closed which poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.
