  101223(a)(1) · Personal Rights (a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons.

  Per director, they will conduct a training with staff regarding personal rights violations. Training will also include watching personal rights violation videos at ccld.childcarevideos.org and submit meeting minutes, sign in sheet, Based on interviews conducted, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Child # 2,8 &10 disclosed teachers yelling at children. Specifically, child #2 disclosed that teachers yell at child # 1 and child #10 disclosed that staff #3 yells at child #2. a declaration written by each teacher of what they learned to LPA by 04/03/2023.
