Licensee states she will submit to the department a completed LIC9163 for Adult #1 and a written statement of her understanding of this regulation and how she will comply in the future, a written summary of the video on CCLD regarding Criminal Record Clearance by email by 5/15/24. Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above not ensuring Adult #1 who has been residing in the home for about four months, has not obtained criminal record clearance, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
