Director stated that they will not use the kitchen sink faucet until the facility obtain a low lead testing result for the faucet. Based on testing report and interview, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as one out of five of the water outlets located at Site B and B30 tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE).
