This requirement is not met as evidenced by Director reported, kitchen faucet in exceedance was replaced, and already had a do not use sign posted and will not use until the results in the retest are lower than the exceedance level. 101225(a) · Transportation. Only drivers licensed for the type of vehicle operated shall be permitted to transport children.
Director states that the vans were in place prior to her employment and she had not been informed by the Licensee that they require a special license to operate. The vans have not been used since LIcensing's last visit and alternate transportation in a regular automobile is in place to pick up and drop off children. Based on interview and observation, the facility allowed staff, without the proper driver's license endorsement (per CA vehicle Code), to drive the school's 11 passenger van to transport children to and from school. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care. SUPERVISOR'S NAME: Renesha Askew
