Licensee states has hired 4 new teachers and 1 aid. Director states will provide enrollment lists and staff schedule for each class that shows adequate staffing for all classrooms at all times of day no later than close of business 7/27/23. Director states will in future abide by teacher child ratios. Based upon interviews and review of Name to Face sign in sheets, it was determined that the facility operated preschool classrooms with a ratio of more than 12 children per one teacher for between 2 and 152 minutes on 5/1/23, 5/3/23, 5/4/23, 5/8/23, 5/9/23 and 6/12/23 which posed an immediate health, safety and personal rights risk to children in care.
