Facility installed pest/pet sonic repellers after 8/18/23 throughout playground and has designated a staff to check the grounds every morning before the start of the day. Director stated no feces has been found since installing sonic repellers and none was observed during 9/15/23 LPA visit. Based on observation, 3 separate animal waste was observed at the facility on 8/18/23 during the facility tour which poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care. Deficiency was cleared during visit.

Licensee stated she will review supervision with each class and submit signed acknowledgement by staff to LPA by POC due date of 7/29/22.
