The Interim Director Lindsay Hanlon stated that she will be providng an all staff training on July 25th regarding expectations and supervision. Lindsay will provide the LPA a training agenda and a sign in/out sheet with teacher signatures, confirming that they attended the training, by 07/31/2025. Based on investigations interviews, observation, and review of relevant documentation, the child(C1) was left unsupervised in a classroom for approximately 3 mintues during a transition onto the playground. This is a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
