Site director Victoria Dedeaux stated that she had gone over the reporting requirements with staff during an all staff meeting on 9/13/23. Staff failed to notify parents of an injury to a child who sustained a bruise/open wound on the forehead. All ouch reports are submitted to Area director for approval.
