Mr. Azad stated that he will conduct a fire drill with the children no later than 5/2/2024. He will submit a copy of the fire drill log to the department indicating when the fire drill was conducted. Based on file review, Licensees have not conducted a fire drill since they were licensed in 2021 at a different location.
