Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet Personnel Requirements regulation which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. Licensee stated S1 did not have a CPR/1st Aid card available for review during the inspection. When LPA arrived S1 was left alone with the children.
