Deficient Practice Statement Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health & Safety risk to the children in care. During the children’s file review, the LPA reviewed sleep logs that did not document if the child was observed to be having signs of distress. Additionally, the times were preset such as 12:30PM, 12:45PM, 1:00PM, etc. POC Due Date: 02/27/2026
