Licensee agrees that moving forward she will obtain written consent of any prescribed or non-prescribed medications. Based on interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as there was honey syrup administered to C2 without written consent and licensee did put her finger in C2’s mouth to assist C2 with clearing his throat, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensee will develop a written plan for administering medication and steps to be taken for similar incidents.
